EXERCISE COLLECTION
Version 1 of the app comprises a suite of 21 muscle building/toning exercises to learn and practice. It includes a free starter package of 7 exercises plus variations, with two additional packages of 7 exercises each available for in-app purchase.

MoveRite shows how to correctly and efficiently perform muscle building/toning exercises while avoiding injury. Exercise videos provide detailed, frame-by-frame visual descriptions of every segment of the movement with corresponding written instructions. Still photos deliver further easy- to-understand instructions. Looping videos are also available, without instructions.

Doing these exercises properly over a four-week period will produce a considerable change in muscle shape, tone and size. Each exercise package can serve as a basic plan for a “three-times-a- week” workout.
